1. Project Delivery Timeline

  • DeyBiz commits to delivering services and project milestones according to the agreed schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract.

  • Delivery timelines depend on timely receipt of client inputs, approvals, and any required resources.


2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide necessary data, feedback, and approvals promptly to avoid delays.

  • Delays in client responses may result in revised delivery dates.


3. Delivery Methods

  • Deliverables may be provided electronically via email, secure file transfer, cloud platforms, or other mutually agreed methods.

  • Physical deliveries (if any) will be shipped via courier or postal services to the specified address.


4. Acceptance and Review

  • Clients are expected to review deliverables within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Any issues, discrepancies, or change requests must be communicated within this period.


5. Revisions and Adjustments

  • Minor revisions included within the project scope will be addressed promptly.

  • Additional changes or scope alterations may impact delivery timelines and costs.


6. Delays and Force Majeure

  • DeyBiz is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or third-party failures.

  • Both parties will communicate promptly to mitigate delays.


7. Completion and Sign-Off

  • Upon final delivery and client approval, the project will be considered complete.

  • Formal sign-off may be requested for record-keeping.


8. Liability

  • DeyBiz’s liability is limited to the agreed scope and value of the project.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
