1. Payment Schedule

  • Payments for services will be invoiced as per the agreed milestones, retainer agreements, or project timelines specified in the contract or proposal.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 15 days from the date of invoice.


2. Payment Methods

  • DeyBiz accepts payments via bank transfer, online payment gateways, cheque, or any mutually agreed method.


3. Advance Payments

  • For new clients or large projects, an advance payment of [typically 30-50%] may be required before project commencement.


4. Late Payments

  • Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

  • Continued delay may result in suspension of services until payments are cleared.


5. Taxes and Duties

  • All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies which will be charged as per government regulations.


6. Refunds and Adjustments

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation or refund policy outlined separately.

  • Any adjustments or disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

7. Ownership & Deliverables

  • Ownership of deliverables will be transferred upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

8. Disputes

  • Any payment disputes should be communicated in writing immediately. Both parties agree to work in good faith towards resolution.
