1. Scope of Hiring Services
DeyBiz provides IT staffing and recruitment services to identify and present qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent employment opportunities as per client requirements.
2. Candidate Selection
DeyBiz screens and shortlists candidates based on agreed job descriptions and client criteria.
Final hiring decisions rest solely with the client.
3. Fees & Payment
Hiring fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year gross annual salary or a fixed fee, as per the signed agreement.
Payment terms are typically due within 15 days of candidate’s joining date.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Replacement Guarantee
DeyBiz offers a replacement guarantee period of [usually 30-90 days] from the candidate’s start date if the candidate resigns or is terminated for cause.
The guarantee applies only if payment terms are met and no changes to the candidate’s role occur during the period.
5. Confidentiality
Client and candidate information shared during the hiring process will be kept confidential by both parties.
6. Non-Solicitation
The client agrees not to directly solicit or hire candidates presented by DeyBiz outside of the agreed process for a period of [6-12 months] without prior written consent.
7. Liability
DeyBiz is not liable for any employment-related disputes or claims arising after the candidate’s placement.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the hiring agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Fees for candidates hired prior to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These hiring terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kalyani, WB, IND.
10. Acceptance
By engaging DeyBiz’s hiring services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
