Cancellation Policy

At DeyBiz, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth process for cancellations and minimize disruption, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing project or service by providing written notice via email at least 15 calendar days prior to the desired cancellation date.

  • Cancellation requests made less than 15 days before the scheduled service or milestone delivery may be subject to cancellation fees.

2. Refunds

  • For prepaid services, refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting any work already completed or non-recoverable expenses.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or hours worked.

3. Project-Specific Terms

  • Custom projects with fixed deadlines may have separate cancellation terms outlined in the contract.

  • Any work completed until the date of cancellation will be billed proportionally.

4. Third-Party Services

  • DeyBiz is not responsible for cancellation policies or fees associated with third-party vendors or service providers engaged on behalf of the client.

5. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule services must be made at least 7 calendar days in advance. Rescheduling fees may apply if notice is shorter.

6. Termination by DeyBiz

  • DeyBiz reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms, including non-payment, with a written notice.
